Privacy Policy — Revert Reach Last updated: October 2025 Revert Reach (“we,” “our,” “us”) is dedicated to supporting new Muslims and seekers with safe, spiritually conscious, and meaningful digital spaces. We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how we handle your data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the rights you have when using our app and related services, including Affinity, Explore+, Support+, Companion+, Mentorship+, Minara, and the Library. By using Revert Reach, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Information We Collect We collect only the minimum amount of data needed to provide and improve our services: Account & Profile Information Your name, email address, and login credentials when you create an account. Optional profile information you choose to share (e.g., interests in Affinity groups). App Usage Data Your interactions with groups, library resources, habit trackers, journals, and AI companions. Usage limits (e.g., posts per day, Minara prompts used) to enforce tier features. Subscription & Transaction Data Information about the subscriptions you purchase (e.g., Explore+, Support+). All payments are processed by Apple’s App Store. We do not see or store your full payment details. Mentorship & Companion+ Services If you enroll in 1-on-1 sessions, we securely share necessary details (e.g., name, session time, spiritual goals) with assigned mentors or companions. Minara AI Interactions Your messages, prompts, and queries are processed to generate responses. These interactions are stored to allow you to review past conversations, but we do not use them to personally identify you. Support Communications Information you provide if you contact us for help or feedback.
  2. How We Use Information We use your data to: Deliver the features and functionality of Revert Reach (Affinity groups, Library, Minara, journaling, subscriptions, etc.). Provide subscription benefits and enforce usage limits. Improve user experience and develop new features. Ensure the safety and spiritual wellbeing of our community. Provide customer support and respond to your requests. Meet legal, regulatory, and security obligations. We do not sell your data, track you for advertising, or engage in third-party marketing.
  3. Sharing of Information We share your information only in limited cases: With Apple: for processing subscriptions, payments, and in-app purchases. With Mentors/Companions: if you participate in Companion+ or Mentorship+ services, we securely share only the data required for guidance or therapy. With Service Providers: we use trusted partners (e.g., hosting, analytics, AI providers) under strict data protection agreements. Legal Requirements: if required by law, regulation, or to protect community safety. We never sell or share your personal information with advertisers.
  4. Data Security We take your privacy seriously. Measures we use include: Encryption of data in transit (e.g., HTTPS). Secure cloud hosting with restricted access. Internal policies to limit access to sensitive information. No system is 100% secure, but we are committed to continuously protecting your data and updating our practices.
  5. Your Rights As a Revert Reach user, you have the right to: Access and Update: manage your account and profile information. Delete Your Account: request full deletion of your data by contacting us at info@revertreach.com. Opt Out of Emails/Notifications: control your preferences in-app. Export Your Data: request a copy of your personal information. Withdraw Consent: stop using the service at any time by deleting your account.
  6. Subscriptions and Payments All payments are handled by Apple through the App Store. You can manage or cancel subscriptions directly in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are processed in accordance with Apple’s policies. We do not store or process credit card numbers or payment details ourselves.
  7. Children’s Privacy Our services are intended for users age 13 and older. Users under 18 should use the app with parental or guardian guidance. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it promptly.
  8. Third-Party Services Some features rely on third-party providers (e.g., AI responses, therapy booking, video calls). These providers operate under their own privacy practices. We require them to handle your data responsibly, but we encourage you to review their policies when using such features.
